Buck is a retired investment banker and former President of Holy Cross University. He joined Parks For All because he believes everyone should have access to public green space within a ten-minute walk of where they live. He sees parks as essential to both physical and mental well-being and believes Parks For All and NORD are key to the future of New Orleans parks.
